Description
Pre-made Renilla Luciferase (R-Luc) expression lentivirus, driven by the ES cell preferred CAG promoter. R-Luc gene is constitutively expressed in high level. A Puromycin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select transduced cells for long term expression. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Particles was concentrated and buffer changed into PBS.
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml (premixed with 10x Polybrene, 600ug/ml)
