Pre-made lentivirus express GFP reporter under a native human CD14 promoter for expressing in Monocytes and Macrophage.
This lentivirus also contain another fluorescent report, RFP as the selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
