Description
This Pre-made lentivirus expresses human target, CD33 (human CD33 molecule ) (alternative name: p67; SIGLEC-3; SIGLEC3). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001772
The human CD33 is expressed with C-terminal 6His tag under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. This lentivirus can be used for regular constitutive high expression (without any induction), or optionally used for inducible expression with tetracycline or Dox induction when the tetracycline repressor protein (TetR) is present.
A RFP-Blaticidin, Red-Fluorescent-antibiotic fusion dual selection under the RSV promoter , allows fluorescence sorting or blasticidin killing selection of transduced cells. The RFP signal additionally provides convenient, real-time monitoring of the particles’ performance.
