Pre-made lentivirus express Firefly Luciferase 3 fluorescent reporter under a native human CD68 promoter for expressing in Macrophages.
This lentivirus also contain another fluorescent reporter, GFP selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
