Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expressing human cyclin dependent kinase 4, CDK4 gene (NM_000075.), under enhanced EF1a promoter. It is used to immortalize human bronchial cells and myogenic cells. A GFP–Puromycin Fusion dual marker was expressed under RSV promoter, which allows to select the transduced cell via Puromycin antibiotic or via cell sorting by GFP fluorescent signal.

Amount: 200ul/per vial at 1 x 108 IFU/ml (premixed with 10x Polybrene, 60 ug/ml).
