Description
Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Cyan Fluorescent Protein (CFP) under an enhanced EF1a promoter. A RFP–Blasticidin (RFP-BSD) fusion dual selection marker was express under Rsv promoter, which allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells or via antibiotic killing. The re-engineered EF1a promoter is strong constitutive promoter. It is non-tissue specific, highly expressed in all cell types, and less likely be silenced after long-term culture. See Product Manual (.pdf).
Application:
- monitor EF1a and RSV promoter activity in any specific cells;
- Double fluorescent protein expression cell line (Note: CFP and RFP has no signal overlap).

Amount: 1 x 108 IFU/ml x 200ul, virus concentrated and provided in PBS solution.
