CFP (CMV, Puro) lentiviral particles in PBS

Description

Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Cyan Fluorescent Protein (CFP) under suCMV promoter. A Puromycin gene under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See Product Manual (.pdf).

The particles was concentrated and buffer exchanged into PBS. 

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create CFP expression stable cell line (via Puromycin selection);
3. others;

Amount:  1 x 10⁸ IFU/ml x 200ul in PBS.
