Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expressing Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) nuclear antigen 1 gene, EBNA1 (MG182339.1), under enhanced EF1a promoter. A RFP-Blasticidin Fusion dual marker was expressed under RSV promoter, which allows to select the transduced cell via Blasticidin antibiotic or via cell sorting by RFP fluorescent signal.
It is used for cell immortalization. See Product Manual (.pdf). Note: The EBNA1 gene is also enable high-copy episomal replication of any oriP embedded plasmids for high level gene expression.
Amount: 200ul/per vial at 1 x 107 IFU/ml with 10x Polybrene (60 ug/ml)
