Negative control lentivirus contains a null spacer insert (click to see the sequence) under the enhanced EF1a promoter, serves as the negative control of lentivurs treatment, for validation of the specificity of any target expression. This is the control virus with GFP-Blasticidin selection marker.
Virus was concentrated and provided in PBS solution.
