Description
Lentivirus express Renilla luciferase (R-Luc) (human codon optimized) under an enhanced EF1a promoter which is less likely to be silenced during long time cell culture. Renilla Luciferase gene is constitutively expressed in high level. A Hygromycin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select transduced cells for long term expression.
