Pre-made lentivirus express GFP fluorescent reporter under a native human FLT1 promoter for expressing in Endothelial Cells.
This lentivirus also contain another fluorescent report, RFP selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
