Description
Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla Luciferase reporter under a native GATA2 promoter for expressing in hematopoietic stem cell, and also in nonhematopoietic embryonic stem cells.
This lentivirus also contain a fluorescent selection marker GFP under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
