Description
Pre-made lentivirus express Firefly Luciferase (Luc) reporter under a native human GFAP promoter for expressing in Astrocytes in the central nervous system CNS.
This lentivirus also contain another fluorescent report, RFP marker, under the constitutive RSV promoter which can be used for fluorescent positive cell sorting. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
