GFP-Puromycin Fusion (EF1a Promoter), Concentrated Lentivirus

Description

Lentivirus expresses codon-optimized Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP)-Puromycin fusion construct, under the same enhanced EF1a promoter. It is best suitable for GFP stable cell line generation. See Product Manual (.pdf).

The particles was concentrated and buffer exchanged into PBS. 

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create GFP expression stable cell line (via Puromycin selection);
3. others;

Amount:  1 x 10⁸ IFU/ml x 200ul in PBS.
