Description
Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Green Fluorescent Protein (eGFP) under the CAG promoter. It does not express any antibiotic selection gene. See Product Manual (.pdf).
The CAG promoter ( a hybrid of the CMV enhancer and chicken beta-actin promoter) has the highest expression level in embryonic stem (ES) cells.
