Pre-made RFP lentiviral particles expressing codon optimized Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) marker under suCMV promoter. A Zeocin antibiotic selection under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. The following scheme showed the lentivector expression cassette:
