GFP (EF1a, Bsd) lentiviral particles

Description

Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) under an enhanced EF1a promoter. A Blasticidin (BSD) selection marker was express under Rsv promoter, which allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. The following scheme showed the lentivector core structure:

The re-engineered EF1a promoter is strong constitutive promoter. It is non-tissue specific, highly expressed in all cell types, and less likely be silenced after long-term culture. See Product Manual (.pdf).

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. stable cell line generation;
3. others;

Amount:  1 x 10⁷ IFU/ml x 200ul in DMEM medium with 10% FBS, 60ug/ml polybrene.
