Pre-made Lentivirus expressing codon optimized Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) marker under enhanced EF1a promoter. A Zeocin antibiotic selection under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. The following scheme showed the lentivector expression cassette:
