GFP (CMV-Neo) lentiviral particles in PBS

Description

Pre-made GFP lentiviral particles containing codon optimized Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) marker under suCMV promoter. A Neomycin (G418) antibiotic selection under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells.

Particles was concentrated and re-suspended in PBS buffer, suitable for in vivo applications.

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create GFP expression stable cell line (via Neomycin selection);
3. others;

Amount:  1 x 10⁸ IFU/ml x 200ul in PBS.
