Description
Pre-made Lentivirus co-express the GFP and Puromycin as two individual proteins (mediated by a 2A element), under the enhanced EF1a promoter. It demonstrated a strong GFP fluorescent signal and resistance to puromycin selection. It is used to generate a GFP expression cell line in your desired cell type. Amount: 200ul/vial (1×108 IFU/ml), concentrated lentivirus provided in PBS solution, premix with Polybrene.
