Description
Premade Lentivirus express human target: ACVR1C (alternative name: ACVRLK7, ALK7), 100% matched to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_145259.
The codon sequence of the target is natively expressed under an optional inducible CMV promoter. A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP fluorescent signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. Each particles was validated in lot by lot basis and target expression is guaranteed. Amount: 200ul, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium, containing 10x polybrene (60ug/ml).
