Description
Pre-made expression Lentivirus for human target: h AR (androgen receptor ) (alternative name: AIS; DHTR; HUMARA; HYSP1; KD; NR3C4; SBMA; SMAX1; TFM). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_000044.
The target is expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter (Note: it can used as regular constitutive high expression without any inducation, and also as tetracycline inducible expression when desired). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.
