Description
Lentivirus express human target: Arf6 (alternative name: DKFZp564M0264), with ORF sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001662.
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible CMV promoter (Note: it can also be used as a regular constitutive high expression, see manual for details). A Blasticidin-RFP fusion marker was expressed under RSV promoter, which allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers).
RFP signal provides convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. Each particles was validated in lot by lot basis and target expression is guaranteed. See product manual for details (.pdf).
