Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expresses human target: BMP2 (alternative name: BDA2, BMP2A, BMP-2A;). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001200.2.
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter (Note: it can also used as regular constitutive high expression without needs for any induction). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml, concentrated lentivirus, provided in PBS solution (premixed with 10x polybrene / 60ug/ml)
