Pre-made Lentivirus expressing human target: CAMK2A (alternative name: CAMKA, KIAA0968), 100% matched CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_171825.
The target is constantly expressed under an optional inducible CMV promoter. A blasticidin-RFP fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers).
