Description
Lentivirus expresses human target, CD19 (human CD19 molecule) (alternative name: B4; CVID3). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001178098.
The target is expressed under the enhanced EF1a promoter, containing Puromycin selection. see the expression cassette in the scheme below:
The engineer EF1a promoter is less cell-type-dependent and not be silenced In vitro and In vivo, also strong in many primary cells and T cells, B cells, and more.
