Description
This Pre-made optional inducible lentiviral particles expresses human target, CD40 (CD40 molecule, TNF receptor superfamily member 5) (alternative name: Bp50; CDW40; p50; TNFRSF5). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001250
The full sequence-verified target is natively expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. This lentivirus can be used for regular constitutive high expression (without any induction), or used for inducible expression by tetracycline or Dox induction when the tetracycline repressor protein (TetR) is present.
A Blasticidin–RFP fusion dual marker, under the RSV promoter, allows sorting the transduced cells by fluorescence signal, or by blasticidin killing selection. The RFP signal additionally provides convenient, real-time monitoring of the particles’ performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
