Pre-made Lentivirus express human target: EPHA4 (alternative name: HEK8, SEK, TYRO1), 100% matched CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_004438.
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. A Blasticidin-RFP fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers).
