Description
Pre-made lentivirus expressing human target: EPO (alternative name: EP, MVCD2), with ORF sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_000799.2.
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible CMV promoter (Note: it can also used as regular constitutive high expression, see manual for details). A Blasticidin–RFP fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
