Description
Pre-made Lentivirus express human target: HIF1A (alternative name: HIF1; MOP1; PASD8; HIF-1A; bHLHe78; HIF-1alpha; HIF1-ALPHA). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001530.
The target is natively expressed under an optional-inducible suCMV promoter (Note: the lentivirus can also used as regular constitutive high expression without any induction required). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml (concentrated into PBS solution, premixed with 10x Polybrene, 60ug/ml).
