Description
Pre-made Lentiviral particle expressing human Klf4 gene (sequence verified), driven by optional inducible CMV promoter. A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker was expressed under RSV promoter. It can be used for constitutive high expression, or as tetracycline inducible expression only when a repressor regulator protein (tetR) is present.
