Description
Oct3/4 (octamer-binding transcription factor 3/4), also known as POU5F1 (POU domain, class 5, transcription factor 1), is a protein that in humans is encoded by the POU5F1 gene. It is a homeodomain transcription factor of the POU family. It is critically involved in the self-renewal of undifferentiated embryonic stem cells.
Transformed from HEK293 cells by expression lentivirus, this cell line co-expresses human OCT3/4 gene with C-term 6His tag and Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) under the same suCMV promoter. RFP is bicistronically expressed (mediated via a 2A peptide) as separated protein without any tags. see details in Product Manual.
