Description
Lentivirus express human OCT4 gene (sequence verified), driven by optional inducible suCMV promoter. A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker was expressed under RSV promoter. It can be used for constitutive high expression, or as tetracycline inducible expression only when a repressor regulator protein (tetR) is present.
Particles are provided in DMEM medium containing 10x Polybrene.
