Description
Lentivirus expresses human target, CD274 (human CD274 molecule) (alternative name: B7-H; B7H1; PD-L1; PDCD1L1; PDCD1LG1; PDL1). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_014143.3.
The target is expressed with the C-terminal 6His tag under the enhanced EF1a promoter, containing Puromycin selection. see the expression cassette in the scheme below:
The engineer EF1a promoter is less cell-type-dependent and not be silenced In vitro and In vivo, also strong in many primary cells and T cells, B cells, and more. The Puromycin provides fast killing selection to generate a stable cell line. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml in PBS with 10x of polybrene (60 ug/ml).
