Description
Pre-made Lentiviral particle expressing human SOX2 gene (sequence verified), driven by tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A Neomycin marker was expressed under RSV promoter. It can be used for constitutive high expression, or as tetracycline inducible expression only when a repressor regulator protein (tetR) is present. Provided as 200ul.vial at titer of 1×107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10x polybrene.
