Description
Pre-made Lentiviral particle expressing human SOX2 gene (sequence verified), driven by tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker was expressed under RSV promoter. It can be used for constitutive high expression, or as tetracycline inducible expression only when a repressor regulator protein (tetR) is present.
Particles are provided as 200 ul in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
