Pre-made lentivirus express Firefly Luciferase 3 reporter under a native human HE4 promoter for selective expression in Ovarian Cancer Cells.
This lentivirus also contain the Puromycin selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
This is concentrated lentivirus provided in PBS solution, used for hard-to-transduced cell types or for serum-free cell culture.
