Description
Transformed from adherence enhanced HEK293 cells by lentiviral system, this cell line expresses the CFP fluorescent report. CFP is expressed under suCMV promoter. Cell line also contains a Blasticidin antibiotic selection marker under Rsv promoter. The following expression cassette was inserted into cell’s genome. see also the cell sample images below.
