Description
Transformed from Hela cells, this cell line expresses GFP fluorescent report under CMV promoter without any tags. Cell line also contains a Blasticidin antibiotic selection marker under a RSV promoter. The following expression cassette was integrated into cell’s genome. (Note: this cell line is not originated from a single cell colony, but pool of multiple cell colonies, and cell line genome may be inserted with multiple copies of GFP expression cassettes).
