Description
Premade Lentivirus expresses human target, HMOX1: heme oxygenase (decycling) 1 (alternative name: bK286B10; HMOX1D; HO-1; HSP32). Its coding sequence is matched to the CD region of NCBI target: NM_002123.
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. This lentivirus can be used for regular constitutive high expression or inducible expression with tetracycline or Dox when the tetracycline repressor protein (TetR) is present. See Product Manual for details. A Blasticidin–RFP fusion dual marker under the RSV promoter allows fluorescence sorting or blasticidin resistance selection of transduced cells. Amount: 200ul, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml (concentrated lentivirus provided in PBS solution, premixed with 10x of Polybrene, 60ug/ml).
