Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expressing human homeobox A9, HOXA9 gene (NM_152739.3), under enhanced EF1a promoter. It is used to immortalize various hematopoietic cells. A GFP–Puromycin Fusion dual marker was expressed under RSV promoter, which allows to select the transduced cell via Puromycin antibiotic or via cell sorting by GFP fluorescent signal.

Amount: This is the concentrated lentivirus, provided in PBS solution as 200ul/per vial at 1 x 108 IFU/ml, best used for serum free cell culture, hard-to-infected cell types, or In Vivo application.
