Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expressing HPV type 16 virus’ E6 gene (), under enhanced EF1a promoter. It is commonly used to immortalize keratinocytes. A GFP–Puromycin Fusion dual marker was expressed under RSV promoter, which allows to select the transduced cell via Puromycin antibiotic or via cell sorting by GFP fluorescent signal.
