Description
Premade Lentivirus expresses HPV17-E7 viral antigen (click to see its coding sequence) under enhanced CMV promoter, 100% matching to E7’s CD sequence in human papillomavirus type 17 (HPV17) (Accession ID: X74469.1).
The lentivirus contains RFP–Blasticidin dual selection, which allows to select the transduced cells via Blasticidin antibiotic or via cell sorting by RFP fluorescent signal.
