Description
Pre-made lentiviral particles having the GFP reporter under heat inducible Hsp70 promoter. This lentivirus also contains a consitutively expressed second fluorescent marker, the RFP under RSV promoter which serves for selection (via fluorescent sorting), virus transduction efficiency check and internal normalization control. .
The virus is purified into PBS solution which is good for serum sensitive cell culture or for hard-to-infected cell types. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
