Pre-made Lentivirus expressing Human Telomerase Reverse Transcriptase (hTERT, NM_198253.2), under enhanced CMV promoter (suCMV) . This product does not contain any antibiotic selection marker.
hTERT is widely used for cell immortalization, used alone, or together with other cell immortalization factors, like SV40 large T-antigen. See Product Manual (.pdf).
