Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expressing Human Telomerase Reverse Transcriptase (hTERT, NM_198253.2), under enhanced EF1a promoter. A Blasticidin resistant gene was expressed under RSV promoter, which allows to select the transduced cell via Blasticidin antibiotic.
hTERT is widely used for cell immortalization, used alone, or together with other cell immortalization factors, like SV40 large T-antigen. See Product Manual (.pdf).
Amount: This is the concentrated lentivirus, provided in PBS solution as 200ul/per vial at 1 x 108 IFU/ml
