Description
Polyclonal cell population, transformed from Human ES2 cells cell line, express the enhanced RFP fluorescent report under the enhanced EF1a promoter. Cell line also contains the Puromycin antibiotic resistance marker. The following expression cassette was inserted into cell line’s genome.
Human ES2 cell line was human ovarian clear cell carcinoma, established from a from a 47 year old black woman. ES-2 cells express low levels of P glycoprotein. Each cell demonstrates strong RFP fluorescent signal, see sample image below.
