Description
Human HT-29 is a human colorectal adenocarcinoma epithelial cell line. This cell line was established in 1964 from the primary tumor of a 44-year-old Caucasian female with colorectal adenocarcinoma. HT-29 cells overproduce the p53 (H273R) mutant tumor antigen. The cells proliferate rapidly in media containing suramin, with corresponding high expression of the c-myc oncogene.
This GFP / human HT-29 cell line expresses the enhanced GFP fluorescent marker. GFP was expressed under the constitutive EF1a Promoter. Cell line carries the Puromycin resistance.
