Description

Human NCI-H1650 is a human cancer cell line derived from a patient with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), from 27-year-old male with bronchoalveolar carcinoma. It is an adherent cell line with epithelial-like morphology. NCI-H1650 is extensively used in cancer research to understand the biological mechanisms and pathways involved in lung adenocarcinoma. 

This GFP / human NCI-H1650 cell line expresses the codon-optimized monomer GFP fluorescent reporter, under the enhanced super CMV (suCMV) Promoter. Cell line carries the Puromycin resistance.
