Description

Human NCI-H1650 is a human cancer cell line derived from a patient with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), from 27-year-old male with bronchoalveolar carcinoma. It is an adherent cell line with epithelial-like morphology. NCI-H1650 is extensively used in cancer research to understand the biological mechanisms and pathways involved in lung adenocarcinoma. 

This Luciferase & GFP / human NCI-H1650 cell line was transformed via Lentivirus transduction. It has the Luciferase and GFP was constitutively co-expressed under the same enhanced CMV promoter (suCMV). The Puromycin resistance marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The following express cassette was integrated into cell-line’s genome.

Each cell demonstrates a strong GFP fluorescent signal (see sample image below). Its chem-luminescence signal was verified via luciferase assay using the D-luciferin substrate, which can be detected, in vitro and in vivo.
